You should consider the APS 3in1.

the ice is good but only has a 10A discharge,

the CDC has 20 Amp discharge,

I have a Supernova competition and it has all the features of the Ice as well as a 20A discharge,

I use ICE step charging on my GP3300 & the final result was 8.521V, 3620 mah & temp. of 99.6 F', I could not believe this. This is the best charger for the money.

I have a Victor and an Ice. I use both very regularly. I primarily use the Victor to discharge and the Ice to charge. I seem to get pretty good charges from the Ice. 3600mAh charges on 3300's and slightly over 9 volts on a standard 6 cell pack. Those batteries are old and abused as well.
