You know, after we rebuilt our destroyed/bombed cities last week, we got electric power AND internet connection early this week.

Btw, you should NOT mention technological achievements when you compare the country you live in with Europe.

I very well remember the power lines in the air that came down in every other rain storm. Or the analog cell phones that were sate of the art until 3-4 years ago.
Not to mention the medieval checks that everyone is still writing to pay their bills.

All things that people here only know from history books.

Oh, and btw, those superior Europeans and Asian took home all the shiny trophies, didn't they?

This's gotta hurt, since rednecks loooove shiny stuff.....

I rarely write checks to pay any bills....some companies still require them though.....mainly foreign owned companies.

Digital phones have been the norm since the late 90s....analog, while still around, hasn't been a player in over 5 years...

All th trophies?

Stock Rubber was won by an american
Stock Foam was won by an american
Stock 1/12th Scale was won by an american
19t Rubber was won by a canadian
19t foam was won by an american
1/12th Scale Modified was won by an american

So....two classes were won by an asian and a european....

2 out of eight....impressive....

And anyone who has watched the Foam modified main, knows that if Dumas had any HP......Rheinard wouldn't of taken home the hardware.....

Are you trying to say the cells can't handle the amp draw? or that the motors are overheating and going soft due to the lower IR's of the packs...

I thought that was already covered on this thread?

It was. But it takes a little while for others to catch up with the times.

2 out of 3 internationally know and run classes. Yep, very impressive.

Maybe Dumas should have gotten some of those European batteries and motors?

Do you expect anybody to fly for stcok or 19 turn classes to Vegas?

Until last year I had to pay a lot of stuff by check, especially taxes and other government fees. Only in 2003 allowed Bank of America to make mortgage payments electronically from a checking account at BoA.

Cingular offered the first digital network in the southeast at the end of 2000.

Well, no, he is Canadien and currently lives in Montreal. Our company is located in Virginia and while I don't have a sister, I'm sure I would not sleep with her if I did. All my cousins live in Pittsburgh so that leaves them out too. I have all my teeth and my yard is free of abandoned vehicles. I don't say "ya'll" and I don't call in the dog to see if he's wet if I want to know if it's raining outside. I do own a pickup truck, though!

Too bad the Europeans LACK such modern marvels AS:

Soap
Shampoo
Deodorant

AND

ICE

Seems like the superior community could at least learn to use personal hygiene items on a regular basis.

And

Why is there no ice? I know some have a fear of cleanliness , but why not use ice to cool your drinks?

Oh well, guess I'll live here in the U.S. with the cool clean folks and leave all the high class livin' to the Eurotrash
