Default Thor+ 10amp charger balancing forever

Hi guys!
Just bought a Thor+ 10apm charger, really pleased with it considering the price.

Only problem is, it doesn't charge my LiPos to the full on balancing.

It goes up to 4,19 per cell and then it just tickles the cells between 4,18v and 4,19v per cell forever. Never reaches 4,20v/cell end never finishes.

Tried different LiPos, different leads, different balancing boards... Nothing. My track mate has the exact same charger and it works like a charm on all my LiPos. All settings are the same. End voltage still says 8,40v. All other programs work. Storage etc.

What should I do? Return it to the seller?

Thanks in advance.

I had a hitec x4 charger do the same thing. I sent it in to them and they fixed it. They said the internal balancer went bad.

A guy from Sweden asks a question about a charger named "Thor", and gets an answer from "Odin".

Really? Funny world, Midgard.

Some chargers have a calibration function built in, usually involving pressing a 2-3 button combo and turning the charger on.
