They are legit.

Not sure if they do this to the westerners, but here in China you must email them photos of credit card and mailing address from a utility bill if you're a first time shopper.

Don't let that freak you out as it keeps them from getting burned by fraud.

I am from Australia and I remember they did it back when I do an initial order with my new account

Wow, that would freak me out. Paypal was the only payment option available, so everything went smoothly. Go Paypal!

I will say what others have said, very good place to deal with. Ordered quite a bit from them and never had a problem.

As for inventory, one item I once ordered was not available, they immediately contacted me and refunded me for that item. Good customer service.

All I had to do for proof of identity was screen shot paypal site showing my address.

I did have one part that wasn't back ordered when I bought it according to their site, but was out of stock when they were packing it. They said they will send it when new stock arrives. So we'll see if that eventuates. Only a $5 part so i'm not too concerned.

would there be a reason why I'm unable to type in information on their website? (ie. filling out shipping/billing for ordering?) nothing seems to work for me, and I'd love to order as they have stock
