1. Can I assume their will be enough covered pit space with AC power for everyone attending who needs it?

2. Will there be a couple battery companies at the track selling matched packs? or should I make sure I bring all there batteries I need?

3. Can I assume the on site hobby shop will have a good selection of parts for popular TC cars, so(for example) if I need a 2 degree carrier for an XXX-S they will have it? or should I make sure I bring a spare for every breakable part on the car?

4 If I show up at the track Wednesday morning will their be a schedule for the next 4 days posted?

5 Given the number of heats, if one is competing in only one class You could probably run the same pack in both heats correct?

6. I take it they do allow traction compound? What if any modifications to hand out motors? brushes replaced? springs replaced?
1.There is covered space w/ power but I know its limited.
2-3. TQ Hobbies is the on-site Hobby shop for this race. They are fully stocked and will have batteries, I'm sure. If not, there are always people selling them...even if they shouldn't be. As for parts, same deal, they are fully stocked. However, be realistic, no one is going to have every part for every car. Especially the older models (XXX-s).
4. I think speedlinehobbies.com has the schedule for the week
5. Plenty of time to let your batteries rest between heats but I wouldn't recommend beating the hell out of one pack all day.
6. Any traction is OK at speedline. As for motors, yeah, you'll want to blueprint it. Hook up with a tuner at the track, he/she will set you straight.

What pros will be running brushless? This will be another brushed vs. brushless showdown.

Joe has a large tent setup in the parking lot for around 100 people. There is will be plenty of power APG is brining a diesel generator. Power and pit space should not be a problem at all.
I have to give props to Joe for setting up enought covered pit space for everybody without charging an extra fee.

This should be a great race.

John, when we have weather forcasts like that, it usually means it will rain in the late afternoon... Joe runs a tight show, should be done before the rain comes. Then again, I am no meterologist, just stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

The web cam is up and running. There are few people on the track. We will have live practice pretty soon.

Moderator can you please make this sticky.
