Angry Integy Poor Technical Support

It has been 4 days now since sending heaps of emails/messages and until now I haven't receive a single reply from Integy.

I have an INDI DYNO V2 which recently decided to play a useless dyno..menu just keep on scrolling over and over...it never stop so there's no way of using the 4 buttons....seem disabled buttons...a dead Integy Dyno V2...

I guess I will never buy an Integy product anymore as you will never get a prompt and quality service from them.

I see... I should have said it has been 5 days now since their first short reply on my problem...but after that, following it up with email and messages seem useless at all...one of my enquiries is the guidelines for sending item(s) for repair and willing to pay the fees and yet grrrrrrrrrrrr

Very frustrating service !!! and dyno !!!

I've had nothing but good service from Integy in the past. when my Back lit LCD went out on my 16x5v6b charger...they quickly sent out a new one same day free of charge. When I asked for an updated bubble for the Laser Level...agian shipped out same day..n/c.

they are usually quick to reply back.

Wink swordfight!

yeah, these guys are a class act. i've emailed, called, etc. and nothing. some of their stuff is pretty cool, but their product is virtually without warranty if you can't contact them.

go to their team drivers section. they are looking for complaints on any of their existing team members so that they can make some cutbacks. that's simply awesome!

i can see it now:

"excuse me arthur, one of your team drivers challenged me to a "swordfight" in the restroom. i was very offended. please cut him from the team. his name is mitch buchanon."

wtf is that?

I've had nothing but great luck with Integy. I could never get in touch with them VIA email but i always caught them on AIM with the screename INTEGY1. Give that a try and hopefully all will work itself out.

Default Integy Support

I have had great luck with their technical support, both via e-mail and instant messenger. Sometimes he is real quick and occasionally he is a little slow. But I would not worry it will get taken care of. Also remeber Monday was a holiday.

Later,

I have no problem with their stuff either, good product and excellent support. Edgarski, you need to use their HelpDesk and submit a trouble ticket.

Ricky, I did use use the HelpDesk ticketing...send messages @ helpdesk ....emails sent to [email protected]dy everyday mate.
I guess I will never get any help from them more once they see this complain on forums...considering I'm in Australia and can't directly go to their shop and complain about it.. US$35 for the repair ? + very expensive freight fee..hmmmmmm brand new is $109.....but I will not buy it anymore....I will charge it to experience then..btw, I received heaps of PMs and I can't believe how many shared their bad experiences.
Thanks..

I've had some trouble with support from integy- in my case I tried every usual route to obtain help with the product I had purchased (email, ticket, ect.) to no avail. I't was'nt until I went into the discussion forumns and basically described what a POS I had purchased (I was done waiting) that things changed. I guess they did'nt want the bad press, because I quickly received a response (and they erased my post!). This was a while back but I gotta say things could have gone smoother ....

$35 for repair the unit isn't so bad considering you got have a 2nd or 3rd hand used unit ... the only problem is you're in Australia and postage is going to cost you. I personally never had any problem with Integy but I can see how you think bashing them will get you the result. They probably saw your earlier post, that's why they quoted you $35 for the repair.

Edgar,

I PM EA motorsports if they can help out on the warranty as this is were I got it originally. I do feel bad for you as I was the 2nd owner of this unit which decided to stuff up.

why wait till someone get before you respond?
yeah after posting it, 2 replies straightaway...
Anyway I have learned my lesson very well, not to buy cheap stuff as you will get cheap service in the process.

Thanks for all your inputs.
