Default Three different ProtoForm Stratus 3.0 bodies 190mm

I have 3 different Stratus 3.0 bodies.

1 has on the front window inscription "carpet" and has bumps on the hood.

2 has on the front window inscripion "all-purpose" and doesn't have bumps on the hood.

3 has bumps on the hood but doesn't have any inscription on the front window.
Is it carpet or all-purpose and why?

the third will be an original dodge 3. The first ones produced I believe were all purpose ones, and had the bumps in bonnett. Protoform then created the two seperate shells (the AP and C).
My Dodge 3 is the same, and I got it quite recently after it was released.

Part No: 1476-01 is the All purpose
Part No: 1476-00 is the Carpet

My Carpet version doesn't have carpet on the windscreen either, possibly made from an old mould (die).

I think we established the body types in the dedicated Stratus 3 thread a little while ago.

1) First release - no dimples in the hood.

2) Second release - the original mould was modified to tame the front end down for carpet use. This has the dimples in the hood.

3) Third & Fourth Release - Protoform decided to remanufacture the original mould with no dimples and call it the All-Purpose with the inscription. The modified mould (above) was formally renamed the Carpet and given the inscription.

So, Tral, your third unmarked body is a Carpet from before they added the inscription to the mould.

Tral- I'll make it real easy for you if it has the 2 humps in the hood it's a Carpet body

NO bumps in the hood its an all purpose

Protoform decided to label the windshield later for easier identification

hope this clears this up
