Measuring a cells capacity by the amount of charge it accepted isn't precise. The only way to properly measure a cells capacity is under discharge.

so i only have a 10 amp discharger.
on a fully charged pack of 3600 at 10 map discharge i get out bout 3100mah.
at 10 amps on a fully charged battery at 10 amp discharge, plus dead short before charge,i get out 3600mah.
this means i do get more then an 300mah charge capacity, its a 600mah discharge capacity.correct?
what is your recommended maximum time allowence a battery should be left on dead short for?
also racing mod,i find charginmg at 4.5amps,gives best results, have tried 5 and 5.5a amps.not much god on the capacity side of things, basicly, including deadshorting, what would you do to a pack,to get maximum run time, and how would you leave them from one race mmeeting to the next?say a 2-3 week gap?
