Comes with one, but it's for mod use mainly.
Depends on the motor you are running, but I found an 88t spur to be a good size to run between 4.29(41) - 3.45(51)

Just club racing. But. Tq and the win first time on carpet. Had to reverse my roll centers but car worked pretty well on carpet. tried the chassis stiffener for the carpet and its a bit much. really makes the cars steering very aggressive. had to remove the screw thru the upper deck to tame it down. i ended up reducing the amount of shims in the rear to .5mm under the rear toe block and increasing the shims to 1.5 mm in front. ended up taking away enough steering to really tame the car down. carpet is a totally different animal than pavement.

Thanks for your comments dragonracing. I had the 2013 car and delivered good results at club level. However, I ran the 2015 car indoors with a close setting to the 2013 car and it was way out. As you say, different animal. After some advice from Henrick Heitcsh with my comments about the car having wild on-power steering he pointed me into a better direction, despite not even having the new car!

I understand now that the lower roll centres all round at 0.5mm simply doesnt work on low-med grip carpet., despite it working with the older car on short shocks.

Last night was definitely a great start to the 2014/2015 carpet season in Seattle! Dragonracing's car in 25.5 Scale Spec (USGT and VTA mixed) was on point after a few changes and looked solid all night. Corner speed was up with the fastest Scale Spec cars I've seen to date!

My personal plans of running Modified were sidelined due to electronic problems. Carnage9270 offered up his fresh built 17.5 car with zero laps to wheel for the night. With running a track side shop I was left with zero time to take it for a test spin so Q1 off we went. Have to say it was one of the more impressive first battery runs I've ever had! Corner speed and grip were amazing. Other than kit setup I made a few quick changes to Ackerman, front toe and camber and she was stable/quick for the main.

Looking forward to getting back out learning more what this car is capable of!

If i put low friction ball studs and cups, do they pop off easier? And do the low friction belts mess up pretty easy?

i have a few runs on the low fric belts. no issues. the ballstuds and cups carnage and kody can answer that question.

The low friction cups do not come off any easier. They just eliminate the parts from sticking together during normal motion.
