Default TC3 pulls left on throttle

I just put a FT TC3 together and ran a battery through it. The car feels good everywhere, but accelerating from a dead stop, it pulls to the left. Once up to speed, it's fine. I double checked droop, and nothing in the suspension or drivetrain is binding. Could the chassis be tweaked?

Torque steer

Think of it like your car is a hand drill. with the shaft spinning one way, the rest of the car wants to spin the other way.

This puts more load on one side. and it pulls to the opposite side :P

You can stop this from happening by fiddleing with droop setting it different from side to side. i never quite mastered it myself but i know it can be done.

If your never accelerating from a standing start (or really slow corner) then id leave it all symetrical.

lmaooo

I once put a diff in the wrong way... the front wheels span backward and the back span forward.

I dont think his problem is quite that extreme :P

But yeah, check ~ALL your geometry is symetrical. ie

Toe, Camber, droop, caster. etc etc

What class are you running? The first time I ran mod with my Yok, it had really bad torque steer. Never had a problem in stock or 19t.

Check the front diffs or One-way might be slipping.

People have been complaining of TC3 torque steer for years. I've raced them for years & never noticed it in stock. I do know that most people make the droop on th rh rear tire more on the guage (tire doesn't droop down as far)
