Op updated

Also EA is correct. I am not doing a seating chart. I have 1 reserve seat and thats mine, which I am allowing AE Ken Pepe to have if he wants it.

If you have some kind of handicap or disability I will do my best to get you close to the restroom and away from stairs.

Racers that are coming in groups and that want to sit with their buddies will need to make sure that all parties are paid.

But as the op said 1st come 1st serve. ...

Thank you

Note...in pitroom #2 the tall tables are alot easier to seat extra ppl. Think 3 to a side...thats an option as well

Nope. That's just my distracted mind skipping the entire month of August. Summer went by fast this year. But not quite that fast.

Could someone explain the practice schedule? I see Wednesday practice is 5pm to 10pm, and Thursday is the same. If we come up Wednesday, does that mean nothing is going on Thursday until evening?

Thanks!

2nd, what is the status on the D3.5 motors for TC and 12th? I know many have been running the 17.5's, but as those and the 13.5's were pulled from the ROAR list, just curious how this was going to run. Me personally, I am more asking about the 13.5's for 12th scale, but others may be curious about the 17.5 also.

For all the guys that have emailed me about pit spots. I just got the 10th request from a group. Most that have emailed me say they have 4-6 people coming and want to be in the main room. Thats probably not going to happen.

The main room is where locals own the spots at. The ones that have signed up and racing will get their spots for the week. Probably about all that will be left is for single people or groups of 2 to fill in. No way any larger groups are going to be able to sit together in there as there is simply not enough room.

I am making a map and will put people where I can according to the order they emailed me in. Hopefully most will be close to those traveling together.

The D35 will not be legal in any class (Except 21.5's Those are still ROAR legal). Most none of our locals are running them any longer and moved on to the ROAR legal version of motors.

Default VTA qualifying?

Are we still going to have the One Minute Run Qualifying for VTA, and if so what will we do if a sportsman out qualifies a pro? Will we bump the sportsman into the pro class?

So I have seen. Just trying to justify new stock electronics for one race while preparing for another is harder to do hehe.

Just say NO to single car qualifying.
Last year not all runs had corner marshalls, and of course I crashed and no one was there to help. Shame on me........ Other than that had a great time.

I dunno, I love single car qualifying. Realistically, if you crash you're going to the tail end of the field anyway - marshal or no marshal.

If you qualify different from your signup you will surely be moved. No sand bagging.

If there is someone who meets the requirements for amateur and is fast I don't have a problem with them running faster than a lot of guys in the pro class. Amateur doesn't have to mean slow.

Hopefully it everyone signs up appropriately anyway. Since points for the national championship are only being awarded in pro VTA, that may swing some guys over that are on the fence and let's the sportsmans race :-)

And please don't get rid of single car qualifying. It's the most fun single minute of any race most of us go to all year long. And the no Marshall's make it interesting, how fast can you go without risking a crash (and a certain trip to the back)
