The new red/tan front tan rears are no joke. They are right on pace with everything out except the two stage foam from Jaco. We now have a killer tire to compete with parma and jaco (regular foams) The wear is excellent too. Both Mo and I ran these tire's this past weekend. Look for these killer compounds at your local hobbyshop.

I have done A-B test on Black/Grey and Grey vs. Red/Magenta and Magenta. Black/Grey, Grey would be real good for stock application, but my money is on Red/Magenta and Magenta for mod and maybe 19T. I'm still holding 19T track record with the later combo. Tire wear is low, as expected with all other GQ tires.

As for 1/12th tires, I'm not sure I'm in liberty to say, but I'll contact Joseph to see how MUCH I can say. I have tested a slew of 1/12th GQ compounds. I won regional this year with Jaco dbl pink/pink, and I have found a combo that GQ offers that is actually faster than the Jaco combo. Again, tire wear is low. Since I'm not sure what GQ is actually going to offer to the public, so I'll leave it as this for now.

If you want to see what the wheels look like, they are on my MS2.2 in my sig.

BTW, GQ tires is serious stuff, I won this year gas regional also with GQ tires, beating out Ellegi, Fast.... higher priced tires.

Come on guys , I'm really after some sort of release date and pricing idea !?

These 1/12 tires are sounding great, are these tires that out proform the new 2 stage jaco's a single compound or dual too ??

You really need to release some more info or everyone will have stocked up on tires for the winter session before you release yours

Hello all!! I have been running the Black/Grey and Grey combo for about three weeks. All on the same set of tires. I first trued them down to 58mm. I clean and rotate after each run and check for wear. I practiced last night and I am pround to tell you that after 9 heats, 3 mains and 9 hrs of practice time the tires are at 55mm. That awesome wear!!! No maybe it's the car setup or maybe it's me but now that they are 55mm I'm going to just hammer on these things and see what happens after Sun. races. Will report my findings soon. The new compounds should be out sometime next week. Please watch the web site for the change. Best regards, Ray

My testing is showing that the Red/magenta Magenta's seem to have too much grip. the car doesn't want to rotate as well. with them. (19T) The new red/tan Tan seem really killer. I again will be switching between all three compounds in practice today but I'm pretty much sold on the Red/tans. I will report back later on this weekend on my findings. The wear is pretty good though. All of last weeks testing was with 19 turn. Mo has done the mod testing and it pretty much looks to be the same. Thanks for the info.

Where can I get the Red/tan Tan tires from? The website hasn't been updated yet with the new compounds.

Default 1/12th tires

I'd talked to Joseph. The factory had sent a very limited quantity of 1/12th pinks and they are available now. When I was doing 1/12th tires testing, pinks are definitely the most consistent tire throughout 8 mins and the fastest tire for medium to above medium traction track.

Also Red/Tan and Tan are available now, they just received a new shipment last week.
