Default JR radio question

Hi all,

I have a JR XS3 radio, and wanted to use it with another car. Do I have to purchase another JR reciever (like the one in my first car) or can I use any reciever and set the frequency in the transmitter to match the crystal.

cheers

Charlie

If you have a JR reciever in the other car then it would work. It must be of the same frequency and channel.

Hi, thanks for your help.

I dont have a second reciever atm, so I need to buy a JR reciever correct? No other type will work? I was hoping to get any reciever and just set the frequency in my XS3 to match the crystal. Just to save some money

cheers

you can use the novak xxtra receiver, or others of same type - FM etc... just ask whomever you purchase from if it will work with the JR. i've used both jr and also novak receivers with my jr radio no problem. you could call novak customer support. check there website for the number www.teamnovak.com
