Default XRAY 05 SPARES

Hey there,

This is going out to all the XRAY 05 drivers who worship the car as much as me

Really enjoying my new '05 but as yet have no spare parts for it. I would like to start collecting replacment parts just in case my beloved car happens to get damaged half way through a race day.

I know this car is strong but all cars have limitations i.e walls, curbs, track markers, other racers etc.

In your experience with the car what are the most common parts to fail and therefore have to be replaced.

I race outdoors in the summer and indoors in the winter so the car has a very busy and sometimes challenging life with me

Many thanks

If you are running the kit spur gear, get some RW ones instead.
If you are running a spool, get some spare blades as they wear out easily, also if indoors with a spool, maybe a spare set of driveshafts.
Replace the alu front wheel hexes with the spring steel ones, the alu ones deform and are a pain to remove later.
I've never broke a Chub or a wishbone, but they could be useful to have in the pit box.
Possibly a spare set of belts, although I tend to replace mine at home every 3 or 4 months before they snap.
HTH
Dave
