Default GEAR CHART FOR IPHONE - GEARIT!

GEARIT is now available through the App Store for Apple Iphone.

The initial program isn't that fancy, but it gets the job done. The initial edition is preloaded with around 75 cars. You are able to select the spur, pinion, car type (gear box ratio), and tire diameter (for foams). You do this with the touch screen and scroll bar. For those not using foams, you would just ignore the rollout and tire size...as this doesn't matter.

Also a way to save your input, so you don't have to keep changing it everytime you use it would be helpful! The software is awesome. Thanks

This is really convenient. Always have my phone and don't have to go through charts to find rollout on my 1/12th scale. Would be nice if it graphed a rollout chart by spur gears like i am used to looking at.

I have been using this APP for a few weeks now and I have to say, it's well worth the $0.99. It's very handy and accurate and I have yet to discover any 'shortcomings' with the existing parameters. Thanks!

Default Cool App

Nice app for $.99. I'd like a save function as well. If that's too much, maybe the option to email the numbers to yourself -- almost as good as saving.

Tried to download the app, but I get the " not compatible with this iPhone" Any idea if this app will be updated for compatibility to iPhone 3G ver. 2.1?

This is a issue with your phone and not the program. The program is compatible as far as I know. It was designed to work on all phones and itouch. I would suggest writing apple.
