xxx-s gear adapter
 

I bought the trinity gear adapter for my xxx-s and am having clearance problems with kimbrough and robinson spurs. The rw gears fit ok but I am looking to go back to 48 pitch gears. The problem is that the inner mounting point of the spurs is more narrow than the teeth which rub on the idler pulley. Does anybody make flat gears like rw but in 48 pitch? Thanks for any help.

I know this doesn't solve your problem, but FYI I just switched from the Losi 48 to the 64 pitch gears with no rubbing problem and the mesh seems to be good all the way around the spur.......

rw does make 48p spur gears, i used to use it on my yokomo.
