Im looking forward to seeing the car in better detail, but I'm still a little disappointed about the aluminum chassis.
On another note, the 1st post should be updated with various aftermarket options as well as 3rd party options that fit this new S411. It would make it easier for people new to the brand to quickly see what options are available.

Why start a new 411 thread as the 3.0 is already being discussed there since last week? Personally it should be left in the original s411 thread as it's a progression of the S411 series of cars and previous posts and knowledge still count. After all it is not a new platform! The aluminium chassis is a change to go with the current trend. I'm sure that there will be a CF chassis option going forwards.
Can we keep s411 discussions here please: http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...-s411-432.html

From the http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...l#post13211352 thread:
I agree with Adam. Too many differences and the Setups won't carry over from 2.0 to 3.0.

I think we need a new thread to argue whether or not we need a new thread.

It is characteristic of all committee discussions and decisions that every member has a vivid recollection of them, and that every member's recollection of them differs violently from every other member's recollection; consequently we accept the convention that the official decisions are those and only those which have been officially recorded in the minutes by the officials; from which it emerges with elegant inevitability, that any decision which has been officially reached would have been officially recorded in the minutes by the officials, and any decisions which is not recorded in the minutes by the officials has not been officially reached, even if one or more members believe they can recollect it; so in this particular case, if the decision would have been officially reached, it would have been recorded in the minutes by the officials and it isn't so it wasn't."

Not sure where to post this..........but, the 3.0 setup sheet has been posted on the Serpent site.
The only thing is, its still very similar to the old setup sheet, so many of the tuning options are still not listed on it.
Really wish they would fix it up as there are so many things that get missed if they aren't on the sheet.
