Here's a pix of Rod Canare's electronics on his EXO6 from the ROAR On Road Paved Nat's. More information and photos can be found on the Exotek website
Exotekracing.com. Look under products, Tamiya and then the EXO6 kit. You will find setup's of Rod's and my EXO6 there along with more photos of the chassis.

Put the race ready EXO 6 on the scales last night. And while I haven't balanced it out yet, this car is coming in at a hefty 1465g. If I wasn't racing USGT I would be concerned. Had anyone one else noticed this car is a bit heavy?

It's probably your battery, motor, body, etc..... I had to add 36g to my evo 6 at the Nats and I ran it stock,

Very true. And also the gear diffs weigh about 30gr-35gr each (depending on steel or plastic internals)... which is why we ran spool and ball diff for 17.5!

A picture with your post, when trouble shooting, will probably get more rctech help than without...

Buy a 5000mah battery . It's plenty of battery . We just ran a race and mains were 10 minutes and we ran 3 mains and my defy 5000 lipo had no problem.

Ova, I'm starting with kit setup as far as camber links, hinge pin blocks and shock location. I'm going with 1 degree front toe out, -2 rear camber, -1.5 front camber, 5mm ride height front and rear, 2mm over ride height rear droop, 1.5 over ride height front droop. 37.5 front shock oil (associated brand). 35 weight rear (associated brand). That's for both USGT and 17.5.

The differences come in with diff, 2k USGT, 3K 17.5. And springs. I run RSD carpet springs. USGT it's pink front blue rear, 17.5 it's light blue front and pink rear.

That's going to be my starting point. I'll get some track time in next weekend and see how it goes.
