Hi Guys
Based on your experience with Evo 6 (with internal gear ratio of 2.5), what is your recommendation of the Final Gear Ratio ("FRD") or rather the pinion gear's teeth number of Evo 6, given a spur gear size 68T and a non-turbo stock motor of 17.5T. The car will run usually on a medium size track with about 40 x 30 meters area.
Thank you.

They are split type but are black.

It will allow the chassis to flex just a bit more. But they will work.

Yes! ARC aluminum is quite strong. It will take a slight modification of cutting off like 1/16 off the backside of the outdrive to allow the pin to slide through to hold it on the spool. They are sold out pretty much everywhere in the states which lets me know people are using them. I had to buy from HK. I will let you know how it works. I wish I could post picks. I used too a long time ago. Now I have issues once they changed this site around.
