The Novak ballistics and Vulcans have way different gearing than other motors... I gear my ballistic(12.5mm rotor) at 3.4375fdr at N timing while other motors were gearing at 4.2fdr to 4.6fdr... My Novak was cool to the touch after six Minutes , and had good rip & top speed overall....

Bert...the others you are talking about are doing it wrong or you have bad info on what they are doing.

No bad info from the other racers, just that they like to crank their timing up, which I won't do period !!! Mike Haynes ran 3.6fdr with low 30 timing , so 3.4375fdr is not bad at all... I won the Dmain, and got third in the derby Cmain at the Critters cash race... My Car is also 70grams too heavy, not really balanced side to side, and tweaked .... I will address these issues next carpet season....

Mr. JLFX car audio, Im not sure who you were at the race this weekend. But Im assuming you saw the touring car A main if you stuck around for it. The motor represented itself well, with a bit more time I guarantee I could have made it faster.

Lol I was in the A . .. with a trackstar. Finished 3rd.
My son won usgt with a 21.5 trackstar
and should have won the B main with a trackstar.

Hm.

You must be doing it right then. All of those guys that beat you must be doing it wrong.

I tried to run a Team Scream, but it didn't run at all. So I pulled it and ran my friend's R1. Maybe I should try the Trackstar next until the D4 comes out.

The guys that were ahead of me got bailed out by a racer who took me out in the second qualifier..... I had the pace to make the Bmain for sure, and they all have over 5000 laps more practice than me..........

Well you got to time and gear it correctly, as well as get the correct rotor in it for the track you run on. There are also more variables than just motor in how fast your motor is.

As in dead. Bad sensor board or connector. I've sent PM and email to the owner with pics and video. Waiting for response. Brand new. Never ran. This'll be a good test of customer service. I'll post results when I get them from Team Scream.

Yes sorry, I read it wrong. You will find they have excellent customer service, at least that is what I have found.
