Why not? It seems to revive dead foams.... Please use the odorless ones though...

Uhm... occurred the same to me some time ago (so much hours running with my mars) solved sanding a little the wheel and pour a little of contact cement (not CA) between the wheel and the foam as if you were mounting a foam tyre on a wheel.

Solved the problem permanently.

Uhoh.... I didn't caught on this...

I figured another type of slippage... well contact cement on your fingers gives you ultimate grip of your wheel, the problem is when the race is over....

Contact adhesive is a bit permanent......double sided tape (the thin stuff) does just as good a job!

OG- you need more finger training!!!!!

Funny thing this weekend. It was so windy, my hand was actually blown off the steering wheel. Never had that happen before in 17 years of racing. Maybe i should build a windshield for my radio.

Kimbrough makes a wheel grip with ridges. Looks funky but is only $3-$4. Worth a try.

a dude on ebay sells the hex adapter for the mars for 2 dollars. Get one of those and you can put any size foam or rubber sedan wheel on your mars.

How about mounting a buggy tire on your steering wheel?
