Spektrum DX3 DSM Radio
Has anybody tried the Spektrum DX3 DSM Radio? Me and my buddy are thinking about buying a pair of them for our touring cars. Are they any good? We want the Spektrum technology but do not want to spend $300 on a radio and then another $150 on a Spektrum module and receiver.
I only have one question though. If I turned my radio on, and he turned his car on, what would keep my radio from controlling his car? How would the radios know the difference in our 2 cars???
I hope this makes sense. Thanks!

When you get the systems you have to bind the radios to the receivers which will make it only recognize your transmitter and not your buddys. Hope this explains it...

Actually, I've seen a few KO Mars transmitters for sale on here for about 100. They are better than the DX3 because of more features, and you will end up spending around the same price. I just got a Mars so I can get Spektrum, and the radio is wicked. Tons of features. You actually have to sit down and read the manual...
