I just called "Filthy Dave" to see how this name came about, I didn't know where it came from...
His story is:
In a VTA qualifier he was going down the straight and Joe "I win" Kleabonower was in front of him. When he had a small window of opportunity to pass him it shut quickly and he "@ss packed" Joe. So Goetz starting calling him a filthy driver.
I don't know if it's true or not, but that's his side of the story...

I'm still chuckling to myself this morning over a few of Goetz's choice comments

Seriously, a very fun event with a lot of great racing. I would expect nothing less from NORCAR and the Gate. Kudos!

Had an awesome time this weekend, even though my name was changed to Mike for the weekend lol
Not going to BS, I was little worried that I wouldn't get my normal amount of practice packs in on Saturday but every racer was courtesy to one another and the crew made everything come together for a great event.
On race day I wasn't expecting Chris Goetz to lay it down on the mic like he did or even, swallow the mic for that matter lol, that was hilarious.... "it was like a punch in the junk" HAHAHAHA
I will most certainly be attending future races at the GATE, great job guys!!!!!
