Or maybe there junk mail filter is set to reject his replys. I get responces same or next day. Please check your email settings.

I have always gotten great service and response to emails within 2 days.

I have never had any issues either getting replys from him. I always use the customer service email address when I contact him as well.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the no reply. As of yesterday I believe I replied to all the emails I received, so if you haven't received a reply, just send the email again. Sometimes it could something that's purely beyond my control (email servers (on both my end and your end possible) can do weird things)

The reason why I locked the threads is simply because guys ask questions (like did I receive their email) and do not leave me enough information to look it up, and the thread become filled with a lot of questions back and forth like what is your name? what is your email address? what is your order number...etc. Not really product related

The reason why I stopped receiving PM is simply because it became too difficult again with the similar lack of information provided like mentioned above, and I find it difficult trying to manage about 500+PM so I consolidate everything to email instead of going back and forth answering the same question twice between PM and email

If you have sent me 3 emails and still have not received a reply, there's probably something wrong going on with the email server, and since we are still receiving emails from others, that might be something you want to look into on your end

Hey Steve,

Out of curiosity did you get the two mails I sent last weekend? I am wondering if something is wrong on my end as well as I sent out a bunch of reports (not just to you) and got nothing back.

I know what you mean about PMs... haha

oh...that email I'm still thinking over about that one...j/k. I got those okay no problem, those went to the advertising folder, you'll get a reply from me very soon, and of course we will continue to support and advertise with R/C Tech
