Kyosho 12th scale Plazma LM
Looks like Kyosho is trying to shake up the 12th scale market with this new offering:
http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/PLAZMA-...E_p_22700.html Looks really cool. Not sure it will take off in the US but the Toyota body is spot on!! |
for the price, it looks really good! bet some people were wishing for a carbon chassis, but it slots nicely between the tamiya rm01, and the rm01x kits. tad bit more than the standard rm01 (which is not nearly as nicely equipped as this) ...and the rm01x (which is better equipped)

it has light covers, not just decals?
That's what 1/12th should look like! :)

Rumor has it the Mazda 787B kit might be making its way state side too…
And now I know why I got in to 12th scale. WOW !!
I hope that both bodies make it stateside. Checking with a source to see if this kit will be made available to us in the US.
My source told me that Kyosho America has both body kits in stock and available to us in the states. Might be ordering one in the next couple of weeks.
These are badass.
The RM01 and this car would looks awesome racing together. Really any 1/12th with these types of bodies and maybe 13.5s would be an awesome class. |
Just placed my order for my Plazma LM with the Toyota TS020 today. Should have it hopefully next week. Woohoo!!!!

The Plasma LM are not the same length as a standard 1/12. They're much longer. Just to let you know.
