Default WGT associated RC10R5.1 what's up?

I was looking at getting a associated RC10R5.1 for WGT but associated does not sell it anymore they took it off their web site. Does anybody knows what is going on.

I think if all the planets aligned perfectly and there was ever a carpet track in my area again. I would have to give Speed Merchant a try.

I dont know what wgt entries are like in your area but here they are REALLY BAD. we actually had touring cars beat them out for a change and we are a 12th scale club lol.

maybe they just arent selling enough. I think any company that makes a 12th scale should just offer a 10th scale conversion kit so they dont have to commit to a full on production of 10th scale kits.
id run wgt but im a little worried about its future now that its blinky. people really liked the rip of them but we just dont see to be getting the entries with them. shame as wgt really has everything a good spec class should be, as in not costing $800 fricken dollars lol.

I saw that the R5.1 version is designated as discontinued on the AE website.

However, the older R5 is still on there and is NOT labeled as discontinued, which is strange.

Since the RC12 is up to the 5.2 version, I would guess that a RC10R5.2 version is on the way. That is only a guess on my part, although AE has sold a version of their 1/10 scale pan car (RC10L) for as long as I can recall. I can't see them abandoning that market regardless of slowing sales.

I suppose you could try a Speed Merchant kit.

I would probably go with a CRC GenX-10 SE kit.
