Default Radio suggestions, under $250...

Just wondering what racers here would recommend. Pro & cons of each.

I was thinking of a Futaba 3PM. Any thoughts about this radio?

Default More Bang for the Buck!!!!!!

I recommend the JR synthesized. It comes with 2 servos, synthesized reciever so not crystals to buy. The 75 megahertz you'll have 61-90. So you'll have 21 frequencys to choose from so no waiting for a channel and it's one of the lightest controllers in the market.Put lipo batteries and it's as light as a feather. My son has had it for about a year and it's still going strong. All this for under 200.00.

Also, one of the two servos that comes with the XS3 is metal geared, 85 oz. torque, .15 transit. Much better than a standard servo.
