+1 The entire building process is a tedious labor of love for me! It's getting away from the wife and kids that's the hard part!

My favorite part is building the suspension. Although I swear alot while building it, this is the part that brings me the most satisfaction when I do get it to work properly.

The part I hate the most is sanding the graphite. What a mess!

+1 on the Awesomatix front ECS axles... The process requires far too much manual dexterity and patience.

Other things I hate about building a new kit:
  • wiring/electronics layout
  • mounting/painting a new body
  • building shocks

For me, the most hated part is mounting bodies ... the only time I enjoy doing this is when mounting a Tamiya body on a Tamiya car... everything is pre-done and its easy... but how often does that happen
I am quite content with doing what I do

Don't mistake not being happy for unhappiness - its not the same thing
