Sp stock club spec esc shutting down

Hi guys. So the issue I'm having is the esc is shutting down after about 3 minutes. If I turn it off then back on it is good to go again for another couple of minutes. There is no warning lights, incedently if the red led is always flashing how are you supposed to tell if it is a low voltage warning since the manual says the red led will flash for low voltage? The orange led does not flash for temp warning either. I have temped both motor and esc and they are both around 50*C. The battery is fully charged. When this happened I test the battery to check it and each cell was 3.95v.

Any suggestions? Rather frustrating when I can't even finish a race!

Cheers
Jason

Jason,

Try turning off the low voltage and temp feature.

thanks but i have already turned off the voltage cut off and the esc has not got close to the 95 degree cut off.

i got a response from speed passion today and they say it sounds like it could be changing to sensor less mode. i have another cable but not motor or esc so it is rather difficult to say if the esc or motor is at fault.

any thoughts on this?

cheers
