Here are the A1 videos for USGT and USVTA. My GoPro was a GoFail. Doing back to back triple A races was enough stress for me, so I wasn't able to figure out what was going on for races 2 and 3.

Had a great time this weekend. Looking forward to racing there again that is for sure. Here is the pictures for the results for USVTA and USGT.
There was some questioning of how the scoring worked for the triple A's and the "default" tie breaker setting used doesn't seem to be the way it should have been. (The same thing happened in Nashville.) The way it the scoring works is that your top 2 runs count for points and your worst finishing run is dropped. Then it SHOULD take these 2 times/laps and add them together and who has the most laps it the least time should be the winner of the tie. It says that on the paper the 3rd or dropped run is the tiebreaker, but even that doesn't add up correctly if you look at USGT and 3rd/4th place between Rob and I. So I just missed out on my first ever large even podium finish. I am still VERY happy that I was able to make the A in both USGT and USVTA and I had a GREAT time. Just hoping this is avoided in the future at these races and that is why I am posting about this.
Looking forward to seeing you all @ the Harbor race in April. (FYI - For the person above - Harbor uses the old system if you plan on going.)

It is dependent upon how it is initially setup for tie breaker's when setting up Triple Mains. It gives us options for the tie breakers and we have to decide before running them.

It says for tiebreaker 3rd Best Run (Dropped Run). Well my 3rd best "finishing position" was 4th place vs his 6th place. My 3rd or slowest laps/time was faster then robs 3rd slowest time. So again that is why I don't understand it... This is more for clarification to me more then anything. I just don't "get it."

Looks like it assigned points for finishing position and used that instead. I believe that is how it works when using the "3rd Best" option versus "combined best 2" tie breaker.

Looks like it effected VTA....3rd and 4th along with 5th and 6th....aswell as 3rd and 4th in GT. I hope that who ever is heading up the points for the triple crown is looking at this to make sure the final points are not affected by this.

Myself ,Manny, Mark and Matt had a great longggg weekend. The long part being, the 1200 mile round trip drive . I forgot to take a picture of the Scion XB loaded with 4 people,4 pit bags,4 overnight bags and 3 giant trophies , what a sight !! Sardines in a can for 11 hours !!! LOL
A big thanks to Jeremy, crew and racers for a comfortable fun filled event ! The facility was top notch !! Also thanks to Myron, Rob King and many others who keep USGT and USVTA growing classes in RC.
A couple guys ask for my setup in VTA . Here you go.
Thanks again from the MRH (Middle River Hobbies ) "Maryland crew"

Thanks Jeremy, Scott, Rick, Dave and Lindsey (worked both days for all of us teching) for a well run event. I asked a few non-locals how they compared it to the Tenn event and commented it was managed as well as Myron's and Myron knows how to run events. KUDOS TO ALL.
Thanks Many and Ray for setting the VTA bar and sharing your set up sheet. I had terrific conversations with both of these individuals and their honest thorough explanations helped me find the two tenths I needed. Congratulations on your runs, alot of fun to watch all three mains.
Most memorable for me was to watch Jonesy under some serious heat in Q3 having hit the marks into P1 after Saturday's third Q and then to run from last place after a few laps in the main to go on to win TC A Main, also, to Domenic who started P10 and race his way up to finish 3rd. So, sitting (pitting) between these two of P1 and P3 left me with a P2 in TC, oh yeh, mine was in the B main.
