Yes it's already been announced that LiveRC will be covering the event.

Rick, please clarify. Are you saying sharing a six foot table meaning two drivers per table (three feet each driver)? Or each driver gets a six foot table. Big difference between the two .

Six feet seems genorous but three seems a bit extreme. In the past we would get four. Thanks

2 drivers per 6 foot table.
We tried to do 8 foot tables but it just wouldn't fit.
Sorry, but everyone is only running one class so it should not be that bad.

I certainly hope that the driver next to me has not got my body format.

Would you rather him just have your body?

Well guys, if the tables are the 30" wide then we will be okay. If the are 24" or narrower then it will be tight. I could be wrong but in 07' when the last race was at Tamiya we had 4' pits. If it is the same setup/tent then I'm guessing the pit tables are deeper. I kind of feel bad for the guys that have the 4' aluminum shelter the use. We will see when we get there and make do with what we get.

They are supposed to be full size tables, 30".
Tamiya now has some storage containers that is causing us to use a shorter tent than back then.

If after all the rental equipment is in place and we can make the spots bigger we will. But for now this is what we think we have to do to get everyone in the tent.

That's right. I forgot about those two containers in the corner. We'll just make do with what we get. Thanks again Sean.

Scotty usually has a CC machine on hand. Cash isn't a must.

I had a chance to stop by the track yesterday and the facility looks great. The track is in the cleaning and prep process. The curbs were just re-painted over the weekend.

By the time 3PM rolls round, everything should be set-up and ready to roll first thing Thursday morning!

Has anyone paid a visit (tune-up) to the guy that operates the sprinkler system at the church next door to the track? Remember the last Speedtech GCR.

It's been taken care of. No wind will help and the sandbags have been replaced.
