Charge them at a low rate-3 amps or so,(they will prob false peak several times)let them sit for a day, discharge them at 20 amps or so then tray them all the way down to 0.0(probably overnight),let them sit another day then charge like normal-5 amps, then cycle them again. If they are still good it should bring them back.

My opinion . Charge them at low amperage (I'd start at 2 Amp) until slightly warm, but they have to be dishcarged on a tray the first couple of times, the Trinity 2 Amp discharge tray or similar would be fine. Don't discharge them as a pack and don't discharge below 0.5 Volts each cell. Repeat couple of times increasing charge current 1 Amp each time, after 3 cycles or so it should be safe to discharge them as a pack. If they're still ok when you begin, then you should end up with batteries that are fine.
