Default TC5 wheel offset for VTA and TC

I did some searching but didn't see a comprehensive answer. Got a TC5 in a trade (noob in modern onroad) and have no idea if it's a 190 or 200 car ? with the wheels on it only measures 185ish width wise to the outside of the tire. So is it a 190 ? What offset wheels to use with a 190 body ? just add 5 to each side for a 200 ? any difference from vta to tc ?
thanks

that sounds good. so no offset for a 190, does that equate to a +5 offset and a 200mm body ?
