I will compile the results and post them this week.

The easy stuff:

VTA - TQ and win, Mike Jones
F1 - TQ Rick Vessell, win Rob King
USGT - TQ and win Rich Murphy

We also saw the debut of the Awesomeo action figure. Suitable for use in VTA as a driver figure. Travis ran it the entire day with no ejections from the vehicle.

Kevin Kane will now be known as 'His Holiness, Saint Trucker Hat'.

We also had 3 of the LMP cars but only 2 were race ready and my having to run the event prevented us from putting them on the clock. Next time.

More later...
Awesom-o wants a recount on VTA. He thought he had his first ever victory, but maybe he was dq'ed for being just 2 damn awesome. Or maybe he doesn't understand the rules of the USSR. LOL

It's that Sputnik math!

I was actually curious of that myself, if my math was right it came down due to a tiebreaker (each of us with 299pts), on what the tiebreaker was (fastest main of the day, fast lap of the day, least amount of general failure, most realistic action figure, if you use a left side or right side driver, car built and manufactured closest to the states, most expensive VTA chassis, etc) lol

I will consult my results again and see if I made an error. (Most likely)

There was no math involved. I ASSumed that Mr. Jones had won VTA. I will consult my radio shack calculator tonight and do a proper total of everyones points for the day.

Awesom-o; 1st, 2nd, 1st or 100,99,100 = 299
Jones; 2nd,1st,3rd and TQ. 99,100,98, +2 for TQ = 299

Awesom-o has had to postponed his victory celebration until the final word.

Awesom-o is waiting in his car ready to do donuts in my living room if he is announced as the winner. Good thing the wife is out of town because she might not like the STX tire marks on the hardwood.

I had to let Socko out so I could manage two cars and run scoring.

Thanks to Kevin and Derek for pushing the button when I was on the drivers stand.

Should there be anything wrong with two winners? That way I could be declared second place out of three cars!

I like this style of thinking.
