I think Fantom has released a V2 teardown stock motor, but not 100% certain.

Yup Fantom has released a V2 type stock motor....

This is from Fantoms site...

We take our ALLOY stock motors one step further by building them with aluminum alloy V2 technology endbells. These are the same endbells found on our VORTEC Factory Modified motors, except the stock motor version features locked 24-degree timing and a very trick low-drag bushing in place of the bearing. V2 endbell technology offers superior performance and longevity over all other endbell technology currently available, and because they are made of high-grade aluminum alloy they are reusable, too. Get the unfair advantage at your track and choose a Fantom ALLOY stock motor today!

Alloy aluminum V2 endbell technology

Re-balanced armature to modified armature balance specs
Diamond trued commutator
Re-zapped magnets

High power QUAD magnets for ultra high RPM
Laydown brush hoods
FAN52502 racing brushes installed
FAN51402 racing springs installed
Recessed low-drag bushings
Locked 24-degree timing
Flat can design with increased venting
Locked commutator

A nice blue endbell would look better but anyway with the Orion V2 mods lasting around 50 runs without a cut would this be the same with the V2 styled stock motors? Fantoms website doesn't show part number FAN52502 for their V2 stock motor brushes.

Is the motor approved by ROAR or the other sanctioning bodies? I'm sure it blows over the retail price limit with the alum. endbell.
