Ive been using the Trinity T-8 bag for years...looking for something similar in blue or black..lol...

Thanks
Wingtote, hands down. Big enough for me to transport all my gear with only an additional transmitter bag. All my chargers, powersupply, tools, batteries, etc. fit in the bag. Cinch the cars down with the elastic cord net on top, and all my gear rolls in at once. Plus the orientation of the handle and wheels make it more stable.

And it's blue and black.

Here is the link to the Protek bag. Its very nicely built and fairly sturdy I would say. Its only about 2 inches too tall to fit in the trunk of my car.

I love my Ogio 9800. I can get three sedans, the transmitter, the setup station, and everything else in there. Love, love, love it.

Agree on the Ogio 9800. I have a Wingtote as well, but prefer the 9800.
The wingtote is bulky and awkward to wheel around. The 9800 is like a dream

How do you store all your gear in the Ogio other than putting it all in boxes and then the bag?

..i dont need a huge hauler, can fit all my gear in a serpent 3 drawer bag lol but need something with wheels so getting a yokomo hauler soon.

+1 for the Racer's Edge bag. Very satisfied with mine. If I didn't have 4 cars to support, I could manage my entire program using a single bag.

oh yeah, they are not responsible
You should lay down to TSA. If your bag wasn't locked. They are responsible for the damage. If you take them to court for principle, you will win. Just cause they are security for us. Doesn't mean they are good people.

The ogio 7800 is nice too.. Lighter but less stable when rolling. I got one to team up with my pelican storm cases. Inside the cases are either cardboard boxes or lock-n-lock plastic containers.

Myron,

I've got the Racer's Edge and for me it's been great. Lots of room and it's very functional in the pit area.

Wingtote. Holds everything and takes a beating in the back of my Jeep. Still looks great and everything is always is where I put it inside.

If you fly with your gear I would get the Ogio. If not, then the Racers Edge is the best hauler bag period. It has very durable materials and super sturdy zippers when compared to other bags on the market. The handle design is also the sturdiest and the top compartment is the most spacious. I had a venom bag and it fell apart on me quickly from just regular usage. This one is built to last.

I can fit two sedans in my bag along with all of my regular gear. This is the way to go for a local racer.

It fits in the trunk of my Evo perfect too!

My preferred order:

Wingtote
Racer's Edge
Protek

EDIT: Now I remember why I chose wingtote over the Racer's edge and protek: The collapsable handle is in a better position on the wingtote than the protek or racer's edge. More stability, better wheels, and less stress on the handle too.

This:

Is better than this:

Or this:

The only thing I don't like about the wingtote is how wide it is when your rolling it. It's hard to maneuver it though tight pit spaces, but it's otherwise every bit as well constructed as the protek with the handle position being the only real difference between two. Also, the Racers edge has a giant pocket on the back side that allows me to fit a 1.5 x 1.5 foot setup board.
