Default team orion battery questions

i have like 6 sets of team orion 3300 batteries. what do i need to set for my batteries on my charger. i had it all written down but i lost it all somewhere.

About battery treatment - everyone have his own opinion,
I charge my 3300 at 5amp, 03mv peak per cell,
After race- discharge to .09v per cell and put them away. Before next charge put them on tray for aprox. 30min. Some racers leave them on tray even for 24h
