Default worth the wait...

I think I understand why this took a bit to come out.

It would seem that all the parts in the LM-1 kits are the new "Carbon Reinforced" material.

I got mine thtough speed power usa warehouse and did not pay tax to California. My total was 189 plus 16 shipping so I paid 205 Total. Also picked up a cheap 45 amp hobbywing esc and a cheap 17.5 for 85 total for the meantime until we decide on a spec combo

I don't know about your cheap 45 amp hobbywing esc and a cheap 17.5 for $85 USD.....our Reventon S ESC combo the ROAR legal V3 Competition motor for $79.99....I don't know why you are not picking those up while you were there for the LM1. Our Stock club race combo is only $69.99.

Because I jumped the gun and got things for it a while back not to mention i got 3 tuner cards i use with. When I went to pre order it I was too excited I didn't even look at anything else! the rest of electronic stuff will come off my short course truck.

Have you ran the car with a short pack and a full size? Any input

im curios, did your chassis come with a body? i was confused if these cars came with everything such as a tamiya would? what you paid is pretty much the same as what i paid. mines came to 301.00 shipped. it just seemed easier because the package came with everything in one box, body, esc, motor, and chassis. i hope us offers this package as well because i think the motor and esc that come with it will be perfect and it is inexpensive. i wanted to get it from the us but i didnt see it in stock yet and i had to have it asap, i couldnt resist. ive been waiting for someone to make a modern day lmp car, its waaaaay past due. how can you have rc without lmp? the best racing on tv is (or was) ALMS.

The pre order includes body, wheels and car for 189 and I opted for the quicker 16 shipping. That's with no esc or motor but like I mentioned I had alrwady gotten the hobbywing stuff. If you were to buy that from us warehouses and speed passion combo it comes out to $270 roughly. The only difference between yours and mine is $30 bucks but you got it a week quicker!

I also agree this class is going to be a blast!! I think two local friends are going to order 2-3 lm1!!!

I will probably paint up 1 or 2, but for the most part everything is for inventory

Is the body that big or its just the pictures that make it look like a short course truck size?

Wb is close to 280mm. Track should be about 200mm but I don't have the car in front of me

ph3rxy and juares,

did you guys have any issue with the rear diff pressure plates? mines doesnt mount over the thick part of the axle shaft, as i thought it would, instead they sit on the threads so the washers seem to be a little crooked. did you have this issue also, and have you drove the car yet to see how the diff feels? thanks
