RSD Grand Prix
This is a bit short notice, but we are planning our first ever RSD Grand Prix to mark the start of the indoor Carpet Season at our brand new facility located in Houston, TX.
The race will take place the weekend of September 21-22, 2013.
Our tracks is 96x40 CRC carpet with extremely friendly barriers and SXT traction.
The idea for the first race is to run A LOT. The race will double as our region of the country Vegas Warm Up, which we hope to build into an annual destination Race to mark the beginning of the Carpet Season.
We will run the following classes:
17.5 TC
Mod TC
17.5 12th Scale
13.5 12th Scale
VTA
USGT
21.5 F1
Schedule:
Friday: Practice at 4pm
Saturday: Practice 9am-12pm 3 quals starting at 12:30pm
Sunday: Practice: 9-930am LCQ and mains start at 9:45am
For TC, our Spec Tire is Sorex 28 premounts, available at the on site pro-shop.
Cost per class is $25.00

Our location is very centric, only 10 minutes away from the Houston Galleria Shopping Mall and Uptown park, where you can enjoy nite life and excellent dining from anything from a taco truck, to pub food to fine dining steak houses. For those that don't know Houston was just recently named by the NY Times as the best city to dine in the US of A. Good food and RC just go along if you ask me.
