I've heard rumors he is rocking one as we speak, set up for maximum stiffness. Should slay the carpet like a mofo.

Certainly a job for the engineers to maximize stiffness yet build in give so it doesn't break in half when driven in hard, but off line.

Actually he's more like "The Most Interesting Man In The World" of R/C racing.

Hara puts his pants on, same as you, one leg at a time. Except once his pants are on, he wins World Championships.

Read in your best "Most Interesting Man" commercial narrator voice.

He doesn't hang out with World Champions, World Champions hang out with him.

He doesn't use a stick radio because sticks are for cowards.

Masami has a shrine dedicated to him.

He doesn't yell at turn marshals, turn marshals beg for his forgiveness.

He doesn't always drink beer but when he does, he's celebrating a championship.

Masami is still the most dominant of his time. There is no one today who can say they truly dominate all or most of the classes (albeit, there are a lot more classes now than before).

Dominated pretty much all electric classes. Never won anything nitro.

Collari is second in WCs but all of his came in just one class (1/8th onroad).

Yes Hara only has 2 WCs so far but he is the only one to win in both on and offroad, nitro and electric. If he hooks up with somebody that makes good nitro onroad cars, I bet he could add another.

Besides, it was a joke
