Looking to buy this car, not sure what model car it is, its a Tamiya I know, but not sure which.

looks like a 416 thats been converted to Drift duty

Shocks don't look right, could possibly be a knockoff TRF416. They have been on eBay for a while at one point.

If it is a Tamiya TRF416WE, the springs should be white and the shock bodies should have a dark grey hard anodized coating. The silver springs and shock bodies mean it is more likely an R2 Hobbies TMY, a TRF416WE clone. Also, if it was a genuine Tamiya the turnbuckles would also be blue, and something doesn't look right with the carbon fibre weave either.

Definitely the clone sold by R2 Hobbies.

yep, those shocks look like the ones of a clone, so it could well be a clone. Ask the guy if he has the original box / manual (Not a pdf). If its cheap then you will be ok, as you can fit original Tamiya parts on this when the other parts break.
