Can you be more specific? Class? Body? Tires? Struggles?

So far my 17.5 car has been the best locally with any type traction.

Broke a rear wishbone last night. Took a huge hit to the front nothing broke, body came off, found clips and put back on track, then just as I set off I took a massive hit to the rear.

2nd gen hub survived but the wishbone was smashed to pieces.

Suprising really as they seem to be the strongest part of the car

13.5T class, Ride 30 tires, Hudy or CS HG additive.

I have used Mazda speed 6 and Mazda 6 GX LW/normal bodys.

On modified I dont have any problems, just on stock car it is allways bit understeering or so.

What kind of pistons and oil u guys r running?

I had the same problem try standing up the rear shocks. If that doesn't work get the optional rear toe blocks -.5RF and the 2.7RR (If my conjecture is correct that makes your rear toe 2.2). I'm using it now and the understeering stop significantly (on power). My track conditions are carpet low-med bite with no subfloor and the temp changes early cold (about 37-45 degrees) and it warms up around the mains (60-70 degrees) depending on the turn out. I'm in Jersey and it's approx. 10-35 degrees outside daily this time of year.

I'm having understeer issues in 21.5 USGT, mostly on turn in.

Assuming those Ride tires are spec because tires are the most important.

Here's the stuff that I tried: 5=most effect, 1=least effect concerning understeer

softer front and stiffer rear suspension....................5
body style(GX pushes L.W.Speed6 better)................5
moving wing forward (5 to 25mm)..........................5
moving weight forward.........................................5
5-10K rear diff fluid(too loose on power, used 2K).....5
laying down front/ standing up rear shocks...............5
increase steering throws.......................................5
fast servo............................................. .............5
increase rear droop(for turn in)..............................4
reduce front droop(for on power steering)................4
increase front camber(up to 3 degrees)...................3
increase steering ackerman...................................2
shim for increase in front caster(for turn in).............1
remove front anti sway bar....................................1
front diff(300K)........................................ ............1

Good stuff. This would have probably saved me money on the toe blocks LOL!

You can screw an extension on the steering arm if you wanna give it a try. Report back if you you give it a whirl. It might be interesting.

may give that a try one day.

What shock positions and roll centers do you use for a high grip carpet circuit?

I'm running sorex 32s but sometimes the back end can get a little unstable Whereas my mates t4 15 seems planted constantly.
