That track looks great,
Been loving my 418. Managed to win a local club championship ahead of the Yoks and X-rays (the only TRF418 there).
It's indoor and carpet (17.5) the car is so consistent and easy to drive fast, it's my favourite TRF since the 415msx.

As for screws, I use a mix of Ti and Alu. On the lower deck all screws into the bulkheads, suspension blocks, and motor mounts etc are Ti. The only Alu screws I used on the lower deck are the 3 that hold on the front bumper mount. I also use Ti screws to attach the upper bulkheads and the damper uprights, for the top deck I used Alu screws. I seem to recall getting this formula from somewhere on here.
