Just got the car, had a quick check and the arms both front and rear appears to be the same length as the short rev. arms used on the 417.

Rear belt is 189mm, or 63t.

I got the cars as well.

Anyone know what plastic from the 417 will work on the 418? Just don't want to unload my 417s with the parts that I can use on the new cars.

If your talking about suspension parts. The suspension set up from the 417 will fit without any problems. But I have no idea if the 417 and 418 parts are interchangeable

LHS pre ordered them from Borgfeldt Canada ( Exclusive Canada distributor for Tamiya)

Gordie, what size screw does Tamiya use to hold the centre pulley to the bulkheads?

When do you think the spare parts will go on sale? Arms, steering hubs, and C hubs. Want to try it on my 417.
