Default Halloween Classic

Looking forward to this race - Andrew is signed up for TC Mod and TC 13.5.

Good luck with the new sub floor and carpet - hope the installation goes smoothly.

See you in September for the IIC warm up race.

Regards,
Ian

Much like so many of you, I am also planning to attend this grand event. My excitement level is pegged for some good Mod TC racing. At least I hope to be within a lap of the pacesetters! We can all dream.

Mackin mentioned in an earlier post that we are rebuilding the Gate.
Here's a link to what we were doing last night

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp24FcSCz8c

The perimeter boards, carpet, sport court (subfloor), and pit area was all taken out.

We cleaned the area the track is being set up on, put down plastic, 2x4's on 16" centerlines, and got the first layer of 7/16" OSB down.

The second layer of OSB will be started today and hopes are to have carpet installed by next week

Registered I've been wanting to attend this race for years. It's going to be a busy month, IIC and Halloween Classic in the same month, oh ya.

Looks a lot like our place. Very cool to see a new track going in. Where are the pits?

Pits are off to the left of the drivers stand as you face it. The tables are absent at the moment for work space.

It's not really a "new" track, we've been there for a few years.
Just going threw some upgrades

I think this link will work to show you last years Halloween race and pit location:

https://www.facebook.com/pages/NORCA...type=3&theater

If the link doesn't work you can look us up on facebook, search for "norcar".
