Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car

Snowy had me wondering... My name on here says Detroit, but I am actually north east of Detroit. I looked, both tracks are just shy of 5 hours from here. Not that any drive through Ohio is exciting, but the turnpike is so boring.

The Indoor Champs are over with. Next stop for the series is Summit in Fort Wayne, IN Jan 3-5. By then your hangover should have worn off and ready to race again. Lets start getting buzz going for this event ASAP.

Im registered for Summit!

Anyone have a rough guess on the turnout for the race? Or even an entry list? I think that provides incentive for guys to register. Everyone likes to look at the Indoor Champs list to see who is going.

P.S. Onroad at "The Beav" has produced many fast, quality racers for such a small track and location. It says wonders to John's dedication and high standards. He really does live for this stuff.

I'm taking a head count: how many racers need to upgrade to the new RC4 system?

Nobody needs to upgrade to the new RC4 system. AMB/MyLaps is simply trying to monopolize the industry by preventing older MRT clones from working. Of course, this has already been circumvented by MRT with their latest transponders. Net result is that it has incurred increased costs for both racers and track owners, with no real benefit to anyone except AMB/MyLaps.
