Default Why doesn't trinity list a phone number?

Why is Trinity the only RC company on the planet that does not list a phone number? Hats off to Ernie that is great customer service he does not want to be bothered by stupid calls. Calls like my brand-new battery doesn't work or my kill shot just blew up right out of the box that sort of thing anyone know a good # for them?

Specifically because of how many calls like that they would get. If they aren't going to do anything about it anyway, why take the calls?

I just checked the Trinity website for contact or support info. I was underwhelmed. You can always send a snail mail complaint to their P.O. Box......lol

I got their email off the website and sent them one about my killshots endbells. Jim dieter returned the email the next day. Had 2 replacements 3 days later. So to me that's excellent customer service.

Yeah there is a warranty sheet on the website that lists Dieter's email info. He is usually pretty good unless he is out traveling with the team.
