On Road Track Surface ?
What can be done inexpensively to an old asphalt parking lot to make it race worthy.
The track is in the heat of So. Cal
We now have a hobby shop interested in starting up an on road track
.
It will be in a parking lot on Asphalt, the owner is willing to do some upgrades to the surface but doesn't have a endless cash stream.
What are the options?
