Berger : you get around 3900-4000mah..... ?? What amp do you charge it ?

I'm using LRP Pulsar Competition charger with linear mode, 35mV delta peak, 4.5A charge rate.

My GP3300 max out around 3000 - 3100 mah
My IB3600 max out around 3300 mah

If you are getting nearly 4000 mah out of a gp 3300, then you probably were one of the lucky people who recieved the famous gp 3700's in 3300 shrink wrap. they sent quite a few of these out the door. a good gp 3300 should only get 3300-3500 mah worth of charge. Also, this # is not a true mah reading, because it will fluctuate with the ir of your cells. If the packs are in poor shape, they will appear to take lots of mah, but will dump quite quickly.
I've always found that just running the cells in race conditions is the best way to tell how they perform. especially with a brushless motor as you can eliminate the motor from the equation..

Ive been charging between 6-10A...... and the mah values are almost the same as what i use with step charging, my advantage and pulsar comp1 give fairly similar figures......
Im not believing that they are 3700s in 3300 wrap as they would be larger cells so it would be obvious, that and a friend with 3700s puts 4300+ into them easily... My IR should be low as ive been using the spintec device and then traying them on the smart tray so i would say they are in good condition.....

All of my 3300s charge over 3700+. I use LRP chargers set at 6amps and 30mv. I also discharge them on the new integy 30amp tray before I charge them. This makes a big difference. Even my year old used every week practice packs still take over 3700mah.

I have used the IB3300's for a couple of months now. I bought cells in bulk and a friend matched them with his turbo 35....one cell at a time. Cycled each cell 3 times at a 35 amp discharge. Had 2 dead cells out of the 90 and 2 more very week cells. The other cells are awesome and out perform any other 3300 cells that I have tried. We grouped the cells together by voltage and I have a couple 1.170-1.172 packs with 360-370 runtime and a few more 1.164-1.167 packs with about the same runtime....all at 35 amp discharge. The packs perform best at 7 amp charge and have loads of punch in stock and enough runtime in mod touring with 10x1 DC V2's. Too much work though matching cells...so I will run the SMC 3600 packs in the future.
Thanks....Dwayne
