hardware??

one or some of the screws may not be flush with the bottom of the chassis.

i usually check this type of tweak with a drafters triangle or steel rule. i will check front to rear (down the center, a lil to the left and a lil to the right). i also check left-to-right (somewhere at the front of the chassis, in the middle of the chassis and at the rear of the chassis).

just hold the 'straight edge' on the bottom of the chassis, any gaps between the 'straight edge' and the chassis indicates a tweak.

OK, two questions:

1. was the chassis (bottom plate tweaked when you took it off?

2. did you remove all the droop screws??
(I'm asking this because someone at my track had the same problem, a long time ago with his tc3 and his problem was fixed by removing droop screws and then properly setting it up)

so make sure all the 8 screws are removed

from reading all your posts am I right in thinking that when the car is sitting on the table without you touching it only 3 wheels are in contact with the ground?

- as said before, take all 8 droop and bump stop screws out of the wishbones (completely out just to be safe)
- take all your shocks off the car and check they are all equal length (or at least equal left/right on the front and the back)
- check the wishbones move up and down freely
- look down the underside of your chassis, if you have got the amount of tweek you are saying and you chassis is to blame then you would clearly see a twist down the length of the chassis

If that does not help, pictures of us to 'see' your problem would make our job easier.

Some of you don't get it.He is checking it without the wheels on the car.
I know this because mine does the same thing. Not as severe 2-2.5mm.
I contacted Losi, they said they would look at the car if I send it in.
I can't be without my car for this weekend (series race) so I ordered new
chassis, top plates, bulkheads.I will find the problem and send in the bad parts
for a refund.

It doesn't matter if he's checking it with the wheels on the car or not. He should defiinitely do what I said and what Doughty and others said before sending it in. Especially the droop screws...
